Plant & Food Research's Marlborough-based Viticulture & Oenology Group works to provide the New Zealand grape and wine industry with the knowledge and tools to support its international market position. Our research focuses on the compositional and sensory impacts on wines from field-based viticultural treatments, often in association with postharvest and winemaking manipulations.
