Coordination of the activities of 10 staff which includes counter-season arable crops breeding services, arable trialling services, specialised high grade seed production and cleaning services as well as providing agronomic support for Plant & Food Research’s annual crop breeding outputs. Managing the relationship with licensees for arable and vegetable cultivars, coordinating the activities of joint breeding programmes with partners in arable, vegetable, hops and berryfruit crops.
