Food Solutions Group
The Food Solutions Group develops new concepts and food and beverage ingredients from specialist fruit, vegetable and arable crops. The Group researches foods and food components, particularly phytochemicals, to assist in the development and marketing of foods for health. The Group also manages the New Zealand Food Composition Database in partnership with the Ministry of Health, and links directly to the wider food innovation network across New Zealand.
The Group is located at three sites – Auckland, Palmerston North and Lincoln.
