Biological Chemistry & Bioactives Group

The Biological Chemistry & Bioactives Group uses skills in plant chemistry and biochemisty to analyse the biochemistry of plant flavour and texture development, the bioactivity and metabolism of foods and how food interacts with the human genome.

The Group is based across four sites – Auckland, Ruakura, Palmerston North and Dunedin.
