Joint Graduate Schools
Joint Graduate Schools between New Zealand universities and Plant & Food Research offer postgraduate students the opportunity to undertake masters or PhD research of direct relevance to the New Zealand primary production and food industries. The schools also offers students access to the university’s research programmes and to Plant & Food Research’s scientific expertise and research infrastructure across the country.
In November 2010, Plant & Food Research joined with The University of Auckland to create the Joint Graduate School in Plant and Food Science, the first collaboration of its kind in New Zealand. In 2014, the Joint Graduate School in Horticulture and Food Enterprise was launched in conjunction with Massey University.
